 During the past ten years, few productive sectors in the country has experienced suchrapid growth dynamic and volatile as it has the housing industry in Mexico. Growth ratesin the number of units sold and produced in the period 2000 - 2010, could be up to 78%annual growth for the case of units started and up to 40% for units sold during the periodindustry growth (2000 to 2007).
